Cancellation Policy

🐾 ScooPup Service Policy 🧼 ✔️ Service Area: We currently serve Tulsa and surrounding areas. If you’re outside the area, contact us and we’ll do our best to accommodate. 💩 Cleanup Policy: Cleanups include removing visible dog waste from lawns, gravel, or small rock areas. We do not enter homes or garages. Please ensure we have access to your yard on your scheduled day (unlocked gates, no aggressive dogs outside). If we cannot access the yard, service may be rescheduled or skipped without refund. 🌿 Deodorizer Add-On (Free!): All visits include a pet-safe yard deodorizer to help reduce odors. Let us know if you’d prefer to opt out. 💳 Billing & Payments: Payments are due before or at the time of service. We offer monthly flat-rate plans or one-time cleanups. You’ll receive reminders and invoices automatically. 🐕 Pet Limits & Yard Size: Our pricing covers up to 3 dogs and standard-sized yards. If you have more pets or a large property, we may contact you to customize a fair quote. ❌ Cancellation & Rescheduling: You can pause or cancel anytime with 24-hour notice. Missed visits due to locked gates, loose aggressive pets, or extreme weather may be skipped or rescheduled. 💬 Communication: We’ll text you when we’re on the way and when the job is done — plus before-and-after pics if requested!
